Our Mission

Becoming Like Jesus and Doing His Work

God’s heart for us as disciples of Jesus is that by His grace we would be conformed to the image of His son. The thoughts, words, and actions that Jesus displayed in His life and ministry serve as a model for how we are to live.  (See 2 Corinthians 3:18)

As we grow in His image, it is natural for us to do His work on the earth.  After all, His prayer was that His will would be done on earth as it is in heaven. Ephesians 2:10 says, …” we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them”.

Our Beliefs

At Lifepoint Christian Church, we’re part of a fellowship of churches known as the Assemblies of God, a Spirit-filled movement rooted in Scripture, mission, and community. We believe in the timeless truth of God’s Word and the life-changing power of His Spirit.

Our Faith Includes These Core Beliefs:

The Bible

We believe the Scriptures are God-breathed — His inspired Word to us — and the final authority for what we believe and how we live.

There is one true God — revealed to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

He is the Creator, Redeemer, and the One who invites us into a loving relationship with Himself.

Jesus is the eternal Son of God — fully God and fully man.  He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and is coming again as King.

All of us have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory.  But through repentance and faith in Jesus, we receive forgiveness, new life, and the gift of eternal salvation — not because we earned it, but because of grace.

We practice two sacred ordinances:

  • Water Baptism — an outward declaration of the inward change Christ has made.
  • Communion — a reminder of His sacrifice and our unity in Him.

The Holy Spirit empowers believers to live holy lives and share Christ boldly. We believe in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience after salvation.

First Visit

There is a place for you at Lifepoint!

We can accommodate 400 people. We are large enough to get things done in the community and small enough to know your name.

Sunday service starts at 10:00am. Arrive a little early if possible to have time to visit the 501 Cafe for coffee and refreshments, drop off your children in the nursery or Kidzone, find your seat, and say hello to a new friend! Dress is casual, worship is lively and authentic, and our services run 75-90 minutes.

Feel free to fill out a Connect Card at CONNECTION POINT and receive a free gift!

All of our services are live streamed and can be found on Facebook and YouTube.

If you are new to the church and would like to learn more about who we are, we invite you attend “After with the Pastor.”

The Lifepoint Way

We Grow People

There are two scriptures that motivate us to grow people.

The first is called the Great Commission and is found in Matthew 28:19-20 where Jesus says, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

The second is found in 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 which reads, “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. If it is burned up, the builder will suffer loss but yet will be saved—even though only as one escaping through the flames.”

Jesus Christ makes it clear that our purpose is to make disciples and the Apostle Paul makes it clear that the fire of our Lord will test the quality of our work.  The Lifepoint Way is our attempt at doing quality work both being disciples and making disciples.
