Partnering with Parents

At Lifepoint Youth, our desire is that our youth come to know God and make Him known. (John 17:3; Matthew 28:19–20). Our goal is to train them to understand what they believe and why, and to be able to explain their worldview with gentleness and respect (1 Peter 3:15).

We believe these conversations should extend beyond the classroom and into the home. That’s why we’re committed to sharing resources with parents so families can engage together. Some of the resources we’ll be using include:

  • Dr. John Walton’s Lost World series
  • Dan Kimball’s How Not to Read the Bible
  • Dr. Michael Heiser’s The Unseen Realm
  • Materials from The Bible Project
  • And more …

Our ultimate goal is to help students build a confident faith, so when doubts and questions arise, they can fall back on truth.

Youth Bible Teacher

Pastor Jarred Frantz

Youth Bible Teacher

Pastor Jarred Frantz surrendered his life to the Lord at age 23 and felt a clear call to ministry. He serves as the Youth Bible Teacher at Lifepoint Christian Church and the 9th-10th grade Bible Teacher at Oakland Christian School, where he teaches apologetics and theology. His heart is for those who wrestle with doubts and questions about their faith, and his passion is to know God and make Him known by equipping young people to understand what they believe and why, and to have confidence in their faith and worldview. He and his wife Hannah have served the Lord in ministry for over 10 years.
