LP Sowers

Pointing People To Life In Jesus Christ

Sharing the Gospel with boldness, compassion, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.

The heart of LP Sowers, Lifepoint’s outreach ministry, is to help believers grow in boldness, love, discernment, and obedience to the Great Commission – not through pressure or performance, but through dependence on the Holy Spirit and genuine love for people. Through evangelism trainings and hands-on outreach events, believers can learn:

  • The biblical foundation for evangelism
  • The heart behind reaching people
  • Practical conversation tools
  • How to naturally engage strangers
  • How to listen well and ask intentional questions
  • How to share the Gospel clearly and confidently
  • How to overcome fear and grow in boldness
  • How to share your testimony simply and effectively

Longest Breakfast Table

The Saturday closest to 9/11 at 8:30-11:00 AM

Waterford Fire Station, 2495 Crescent Lake Rd.

The Longest Breakfast Table is a beloved Waterford tradition, founded by Lifepoint Christian Church, and held annually at the Waterford Fire Department on the Saturday closest to September 11. This outdoor event allows the community to connect with our local police and firefighters, thank them for their service, and raise money for their worthwhile benevolence funds. We encourage our local businesses and residents to partner with us, supporting these selfless first responders by sponsoring this event.

Suggested Donation: $5 pp at the door

Street Ministry Outreach

Next Date TBD
At our Street Ministry Outreach, we pick a city and take the love of Jesus to the streets. We have an acoustic worship setup as our home base, where a few team members can stay, worship, pray, and be available for conversations with those who stop by. There may also be opportunities to walk around downtown in groups to engage people in conversation, offer prayer and follow the Spirit’s leading.
