Waterford Impact

Rebuilding Waterford, Restoring Lives

‭‭‭"And your people will rebuild the ancient ruins; You will raise up and restore the age-old foundations [of buildings that have been laid waste]; You will be called Repairer of the Breach, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings." ‭– ‭‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭58‬‬:‭12‬ ‭AMP

We are committed to creating ministries with lasting impact!

At Lifepoint, we take the mission of “becoming like Jesus and doing His work” very seriously. One of the ways we do this is by creating enduring ministries that will hopefully outlive us. Here are a few of the ministries that were started in Waterford by faithful Christ-followers at Lifepoint, with the goal of being the hands and feet of Jesus to our community.

The Well of Waterford

"Unlocking Destinies"

The Well, a 1901 renovated farmhouse, was born out of a vision that God gave to Dana Bosnack, Pastor Rick’s wife, that this home would be used as a gathering place to share the message of God’s love and forgiveness to women and girls. Over a 5-year period, our community came together, companies donated, and volunteers gave hours of blood and sweat. Now, The Well exists to share God’s unconditional love, healing and transforming power to the community through fellowship and programming for different age groups.

Healing Springs

Independent Living Program

Healing Springs, an extension of The Well, is a comprehensive Christ-centered services program for young women ages 18–30 years old in need of support transitioning into adulthood.

The mission of Healing Springs is to provide these women with safe and affordable housing, life skills, therapy and biblical instruction so that they can achieve independence and fulfill their God-given destiny.

Lifepoint Chapel

5860 Andersonville Rd., Waterford, MI 48329

Lifepoint Chapel, the oldest church in Waterford, was founded and renovated with a unique vision to provide the Waterford community and those in ministry with an oasis for spiritual refreshment. Services are held on Saturdays at 10:00 AM, offering an alternative for those who have Sunday obligations. The Chapel seats 100 people. The worship is lively, the atmosphere is friendly, the dress code is casual, and the service lasts between 75-90 minutes.

The chapel may be rented as a wedding venue.

COVE House

"From Rebuilding Landmarks To Restoring Lives"

Two years ago, Lifepoint began an ambitious project to renovate one of the most historic homes in Waterford and transform it into a place of hope, healing, and new beginnings. COVE is currently being prepared to serve at-risk young women, offering them a safe space to gain traction in life, begin a new chapter and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

This home, believed to be the oldest house in the township, will not only stand as a restored historic landmark but also as a symbol of restored lives.

Longest Breakfast Table

Saturday, September 6th at 8:30-11:00 AM

Lifepoint Christian Church proudly hosts the Annual Longest Breakfast Table in Waterford on September 6th. This outdoor event allows the community to connect with our local police and firefighters, thank them for their service, and raise money for their worthwhile benevolence funds. We encourage our local businesses and residents to partner with us, supporting these selfless first responders by sponsoring this event. Here is an opportunity to meaningfully give back to the community and honor those who faithfully serve us.
